- Launches, motors getting mounted

- Banquet Date – June 3, pending location (GRYC?)
- Business meeting, will be held after banquet
- Financial update, elect board members
- Amy can be added for travel at-large
- Liz – fundraising at-large
- Karen – can run for recording secretary
- Jody will spearhead parent help with cleaning

- Detailed financial reports issued
- Updates – confirming insurance coverage for the season
- Working with AD Chris Zylstra re: Boosters funds for this season
- Erg-a-thon almost $20,000 raised! Two launches and new engines purchased and delivered.
- Head Coach Report (MS)
- Good start to the season. A few dropouts, team solidifying.
- Posting erg scores, working through process with team
- Every seat is good for that boat, rower and day. Encouraging mental toughness.
- Lineups for Culver coming out tonight
- Last race 1:40 pm
- Desire to spread responsibility for administrative coaching tasks

- Paper towels – will follow up again
- Will write up boathouse tasks (cleaning and long-term projects)

- Will send follow-up to parents re: success of Erg-a-Thon, with photo of launches in water
- Newsletter issue will be sent with board blurbs and photos

- Spring rower photos will be taken
- Spirit store operating well
- Events Report (EB)
- First regatta this weekend
- Travel (Amy T, Mary V)
- Nationals Dinner, cater at hotel to control cost
- Hotels set for drivers
- Nationals hotel – 25 rooms set, 3 coaches going.
- Driving van to nationals again
- AD supplying States school busses ($1,800) – 5a to 8p
