- Call to Order at 7:11 pm

- Previous Meeting Minutes Approved
- Standing Reports:
- President’s Report (JC)
- Waiting for brick engraver, plaque
- Hobie-cat dolly $1,180, can be stored in boathouse. Voted, will obtain two
- Leftover inflatables will be resold
- Jason looking to step off of board at end of the term, citing his work with boathouse finishing up and making room for others
- VP could step up to president, Matt will do this as a voting member with potential in future to be head coach and non-voting member
- Emiko interested in VP, Julia to be recording secretary and food tent czar
- Vice President’s Report (MS)
- New wiring harnesses purchased for boats
- Little breakage among oars etc.
- Treasurer’s Report (DR)
- Slightly ahead of where we expected to be at this time of year
- $7,500 Boosters payment in process
- Repairs and maintenance has been going OK
- Insurance – need to inventory boats, set insurance valuation
- Set up with 9 board members for now with intent to revisit (Karen at-large)
- Head Coach Report (MS)
- We may be able to get some lightly-used boats for deep discount over new
- For Nationals, may send boats in with Skyline for $250/boat, or with Forest Hills
- Transport: parents delivering kids and driving them around
- Nationals parent meeting this week based on results
- Bus for states will leave at 4:30 am
- Summer planning for camps underway
- Sam Doletzky will take on the varsity program, incl. coxswain development
- Head of the Schuylkill may be on the schedule for fall ‘24

- Boathouse:
- Paper towels installed, waiting for hand sanitizers and liquid soap from Athletic department, ordered
- Coaches’ office to be finished, carpet by window, etc.

- Mike to send out a communication about the slate

- All set for States volunteers, except a few food tent spots
- Kids bus over early, students can help set up and cook
- Doug is driving trailer, Jason trailering boats

- Banquet planning set, photos for tables
- Kids available to help at trailer/tent – novice boys and ½ of sophomores will set up
