Conditions: Winds W at 10 to 20 mph.
For racing: Splash jackets, hats, leggings/long sleeved tech shirts, etc. Take waterproof layers into the boat until they're ready to head into the starting area.
Between races: waterproof/windproof outer layer (rain coat, rain paints, boots) with warm layers underneath, hats/gloves. Students may race twice or more, and it is recommended to have multiple sets of dry gear, dry socks, etc.
Please make sure your athletes dress for the colder morning weather.

Spectator information
This is a typical spring race, which is a 1.5k sprint (multi-lane). As a reminder, parents are not permitted in the team areas (near the trailer, at the dock, by the boats or in the student section of the tents). This is a good event to bring your bike.

• Please dress (and make sure your athletes dress) for the weather. It is looking like a high of 50 degrees on Saturday and although dry, a high chance of windchill that can raise the risk of hypothermia, so between races: Waterproof/windproof outer layer (rain coat, rain paints, boots) with warm layers underneath, hats/gloves.
• For racing: Splash jackets, sweatshirts, hats, leggings/tech shirts, unis. Take water proof layers into the boat until they're ready to head into the starting area. Students may race up to four times, and it is recommended to have multiple sets of dry gear, dry socks, etc.
