FILL OUT REGISTRATION FORM

The EGR Crew Spring Season Registration form is required by the season start date. Please fill out a registration form for each of your rowers.

3

MAKE SURE YOUR FINALFORMS ACCOUNT IS UPDATED

The EGR Athletic Department uses FinalForms.com to ensure eligibility and compliance for each rower. This must be completed before the first day of tryouts and practice. Be prepared to share information about rower health history,  medical profile and an uploaded Physical on file. If you've already submitted this information for Fall or Winter seasons in Crew or another sport, please log in to review that the information is valid and up to date.

4

PURCHASE YOUR USROWING MEMBERSHIP

Memberships must be purchased annually from https://membership.usrowing.org.  Be sure to use Club/Team Code T4CJL.  Please note, some regattas do not accept the USRowing waiver and may require an additional waiver.

5

PAY PARTICIPATION FEE

The $775 season fee is required by Monday, March 16, 2026. If paying by credit card, a processing fee will be automatically added to your purchase so EGR Crew can receive the full $775 to go toward supporting our rowers.

To learn more about how to reduce the cost of registration, including payment plans and need-based aid, please contact EGR Crew Board Treasurer Liz Gohel.

FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE

We understand that the cost of participation can be a challenge, and we want every student who wishes to row to have the opportunity to take part in winter training. Financial assistance may be available through the East Grand Rapids Athletic Director’s office.

If your family would like to request assistance, please follow these steps carefully:

  1. Contact the East Grand Rapids Athletic Director’s office to request financial assistance for rowing.
  2. Notify the Parent Association at treasurer@egrcrew.com once you’ve reached out to the Athletic Director. This step is required so we can track your rower’s registration and confirm eligibility for training.
  3. The Parent Association will confirm with the Athletic Director once assistance has been approved.
  4. Any remaining balance must be paid to the Parent Association before your rower can begin training.

We’re extending a grace period to allow families time to complete this process.

  • Spring season begins: March 9
  • Financial aid arrangements must be finalized by: March 23

After March 23, rowers whose payments or financial aid confirmations have not been completed will not be able to participate in training. We appreciate your communication and cooperation as we work to make rowing accessible to all students. Please reach out early if you have questions — our goal is to help make this process smooth and supportive for every family.
